How to Encode Message when you can not read in Outlook 2013?

Umm when you can not read a message in outlook you can encode those message to what language that support and you can read. Here is how to do it. 1.Open the email you want to encode 2.Go to Actions-->Other Actions-->Encoding -->Choose language that support to your message, Please see picture for reference.
